I offer regular one-to-one online sessions where we can explore whatever is alive for you, whether that’s navigating anxiety, rebuilding self-trust, reflecting on your identity, or simply wanting to feel more at home in yourself.
While I currently do not offer clinical psychotherapy in Spain or the rest of the EU, my work is informed by years of training in psychological frameworks, mind-body awareness, and personal development practices. I tailor my approach to suit your needs, blending depth and insight with practical steps for everyday life.

That might mean gently untangling old emotional patterns, understanding yourself more fully, or finding new ways to move forward with clarity and confidence.
